CMS 072 documents the career of Joseph Berton, c.s. (1913-1984), who was born in Crespano del Grappa in the Veneto region of Italy, entered the Missionaries of Saint Charles-Scalabrinians and served as a priest in New York State and in Ontario, Canada from 1936 until his death. The documentation consists primarily of correspondence and photographs, but does include a rare devotional item, Father Berton’s own rosary beads.
