Giuseppe Zappulla, born in 1901, was a poet and writer/editor with the U.S. Italian-language press. Zappulla wrote and edited numerous Italian-American newspapers and magazines. This collection consists of:

  • Correspondence and clippings pertaining to his writing career, 1924-76;
  • His typescript and printed poems, articles, essays, studies, and reflections on literature and Italian-American themes, 1924-72 and
  • His unpublished study, Panorama degl’Italiani d’America, written in 1966.
