2018 Immigrant Achievement Award: Edward Mafoud

On October 9, 2018, the Center for Migration Studies of New York (CMS) honored Edward Mafoud of Damascus Bakery with the Immigrant Achievement Award.

As part of the award presentation during CMS’s annual gala, CMS screened video tributes from John P. Demoleas (Staten Island University Hospital Foundation) and Senator Martin J. Golden (22nd New York State Senate District).
