2019 Excellence in International Migration Scholarship Award: Vicky Virgin

On October 17, 2019, the Center for Migration Studies of New York (CMS) honored Vicky Virgin with its Excellence in International Migration Scholarship Award.

As part of the award presentation during CMS’s annual gala, CMS screened video tributes from Robert Warren, CMS Visiting Fellow, and Bitta Mostofi, Commissioner for the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs. Special thanks to DeSales Media for their help with this year’s videos.
